SPACE FOR EXHIBITIONS

Each year, the centre organises different art exhibitions by the artists who come to visit us. Moreover, we work together with other art centres and artists in order to exchange works and ideas.

The different spaces in the centre will be used according to the works we intend to exhibit, and we will show certain works inside the old lime quarry.

The fusion between art and nature will be evident.

Throughout the year, our program will focus on modern art and its connection with natural environment. We won’t put a special emphasis on any way of expression or specific technique, since we think that communication, reserach and the relationship with nature are the most important elements.
We will hold various exhibitions of paintings, sculpture, photography, pottery, ecoart, installations, etc.

Our biggest objective is to create a space dedicated to art in Calders, in the centre of Bages, in the heart of Catalonia.
